This work was very complicated, it involved knowing how to count past #50, and letters of the alphabet were very helpful. A good time was had by all, and as usual, we were out there looking like we were doing more than we did!.

The Parade Marshalls used FRS (Family Radio Service) UHF 100mw no license required HTs. Next year TCARC will add their frequency to the others monitored during the event.

As usual TRAFFIC ON THE INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 299 WAS COMPLETELY STOPPED BY THE CHP FOR THE DURATION OF THE PARADE. No injuries in the cars and trucks that were waiting, participants or observers of the parade were reported.

Note: If you were there helping and not listed, please contact the TCARC webmaster.
